The practice is led by Harold Perks, Director, a commercially minded architectural strategist with extensive experience across property development, placemaking, and performance-driven design. Harold works alongside a trusted team of seasoned designers and consultants, collectively aligning built form with developer return while maintaining clarity, design integrity, and confidence in decision-making.

Operating as a deliberately boutique studio, we maintain senior involvement across all projects. This ensures every client benefits from consistent leadership, thoughtful collaboration, and a level of care that reflects our personal commitment to each commission.
